Speaking
Keynotes, panels, and podcast guest spots on podcasting, building AI people trust, and growing something real from nothing. Every talk is shaped to the room. I tell it straight, with stories that stick.
What I talk about
A reporter finds the question nobody is asking. A builder ships the answer nobody has built. I found the first one in a dorm room in 2008, and I'm still chasing the second. These are starting points, not scripts. Tell me your audience and I will shape the talk to fit it.
01Origins
In 2008 I was a college freshman with a microphone and a problem nobody was talking about. That show helped start true crime podcasting. What nearly two decades of it taught me about audience, truth, and the responsibility that comes with telling someone else's story.
02AI people trust
I design AI products and ship them to production myself. The hard part is never getting an AI to answer. It is making it refuse to guess, show its work, and hand a person the wheel at the right moment. How to build AI a professional will put their name on.
03Small business
How a small or mid-size business can use AI and automation to win back its time and compete with companies ten times its size. Practical, grounded, and honest about what the tools can and cannot do yet.
04Media
Lessons from growing one dorm-room show into a six-show network with more than 1,500 episodes. Content, team, money, and the decisions that matter more than the download count.
05Story
The strongest leaders, sellers, and consultants are storytellers first. How narrative structure works inside a pitch, a presentation, or a brand, and why the people who use it tend to win the room.
06Listening
Most organizations do not have a process problem. They have a conversation nobody wants to have. What journalism, building, and coaching all taught me about finding the real question instead of fixing the symptom.
